Previously, Vadym Stolar, via the Genesis fund, maintained an 80% ownership stake in Parus Holding LLC, the entity behind the Parus business center situated in downtown Kyiv. The remaining 20% interest belonged to Vadym Stolar’s former spouse, Inna Maistruk, facilitated through the Stream Investment fund.
